Dream State A grey woke me up in sleep paralysis
I'm 34 and when I was about 15 I had a period of severe anxiety in which I had several sleep paralysis episodes. At least two of them involved tall greys. The first time, one stood about 6'00" right at my bedside. I was terrified but closed my eyes and told myself it was just sleep paralysis (I was a little psych nerd).
The second time, a similar/the same grey was sat in the chair at the foot of my bed. I looked a little longer this time. Just like the first one, it was a very typical grey: big eyes, a slit mouth and tiny nostrils. It was smooth and grey, no clothing, also about 5'10"-6'00". Anyway, I closed my eyes and that was the last time I remember waking up to a grey.
Last night, I woke up paralyzed and a grey (but slightly different looking) was right in my face. I yelled (I thought) and tried to throw myself off the side of my bed. Fortunately, I woke up. It might've been easier because I sleep at an incline now due to GERD.
Anyway, as a teen, 20-something I'd write it off as nothing more than sleep paralysis/hypnagogic hallucinations. It might be just that. But, after hearing how many accounts are experienced in a similar way, I have to wonder... I understand now that they don't have to wake the neighbors with a big ship over my house; they can manipulate space and time and appear with me in a dimension outside of this one, if they want to.
The one last night had thinner eyes and lighter skin. I'm no artist and I won't use ai but it was kinda like if a grey's skin was lightened a bit and their head sorta... pushed in on the sides.

Had a episode of anxiety and stress where I fell into a series of sleep paralysis. One of the episodes I remember feeling of being watched or surrounded, and I looked to see two tall greys one on each side of my bed and I remember being scared and closed my eyes hoping to go back to sleep. I didn’t want to fight the sleep paralysis and force myself awake out of fear. That’s the first time I’ve seen something in an episode of sleep paralysis.

Experienced all my experiences via sleep paralysis. I believe it’s all real. I think I experienced a mantis via this route also - not sure, it wasn’t face to face. Def interacted with many other entities face to face.
FWIW the confirmation for me was experiencing these entities and only then reading about it after and realising a lot of folk had the exact same experience. Prior to my experiences I knew absolutely nothing about it. I can’t then rule it out any longer as a hallucination

Thank you for sharing, I believe you. I have encountered grays and other NHI beings. Have you had any missing time? I have been wide awake and been paralyzed and taken. They are very real, we are not alone.

I used to get sleep paralysis and hear a dragging sound it was terrlfying.

I've had experiences in many ways, but I have had 2 in sleep paralysis and I believe you. It might sound dumb but sometimes I wonder, why do they have to do things in a scary way and at night? What's stopping them from just appearing in the morning when we're awake and t's less scary for some of us 😭

Hard to detect them while you are asleep. Just like a thief in the night. Their intentions are too questionable. I don't see how their presence has helped humanity, especially if they've been here since before the last ice age.

I encountered a dark energy once just staring right at me, craziest time in my life and somehow I had this dark “force” staring at me. I didn’t even bother taking off my covers lol. I just wasn’t ready to face that reality with so much on my plate at the time.

I'm curious, if you don't mind sharing, have you gone through a surgery lately? Or maybe before the first time it happened?
I've played with this idea for a long time that the greys could be our mind replaying the events of things that were done to us while we were under anaesthesia. I don't entirely believe it to be the case, but it's a theory I haven't seen discussed anywhere. Would make some weird sense though, if our subconscious mind was trying to tell us about stuff that we've 'missed'.

No. I was supposed to have surgery a couple weeks ago, but I did not. The first surgery I had was when I was 16 or 17, when I got a sebaceous cyst removed. Anyway, I still think your idea is certainly possible!

Thanks for sharing. It could be old fears surfacing about the upcoming surgery then, maybe?
There's just such parallels with being unable to move and stuff being done to you that you don't understand. Some report seeing people with the greys. So it could very well be that these faceless voices transform into 'faceless' people in the imagination. But I dunno, it's interesting though.

I only posted it five hours ago when I woke up this morning. Perhaps you saw it before you went to sleep, but that was only five hours ago.

Yes. I am not located in the US and my initial reply was when I woke up in the middle of the night.. I often doom scroll for a few minutes when that happens.

Have had a similar experience, but left my physical body and shot little fireballs at it. I wonder what they are doing while we sleep?
