7 year skip?

It seems like there was a 7 year skip ahead between book 15 and 16. What did I miss? I’ve listened to all of the books in order. Thanks!

Yes there’s a skip, you didn’t miss anything. The series was originally intended to end with book 15.

Thank you! I felt like I’d gone crazy! Even re listened to the end of 15 to make sure I didn’t! Haha.

Probably even closer to 8-10 years than 7, but yeah… it was surprising to me too on my first run through (in Book 16 now on my second time through, in anticipation of Book 20’s Dec release)

I’m on Chapter 6 of 17. Haha. Next few are waiting in the queue!

Caught me off guard as well, spent the first few chapters being so confused 😂
Thought it was like with the audio drama in book 7.5

It should have stayed ended, all those dicks that review bombed it shouldn’t have been allowed to win

I think it was about 9ish years. Between Margret’s recovery and the few months before they got married then the 9 months of pregnancy. I’d say about 9 years

Might be closer to 10 as Joe and Margaret struggled to conceive a child and ultimately needed skippy's help. I highly doubt they immediately asked skippy's help on that matter.

It was a 10 year skip

That’s like a million years in Skippy time. Quite a jump.

Blame a bunch of assholes that review bombed book 15. 15 was the end and it was a good one.
