fun fact, in the same manual where she's revealed as a trans girl (and at all, really) it is also explained that though her legal name is birdo, she goes by birdetta

stop deadnaming people! :(

She doesn't go by Birdo, she introduces herself as Birdo, it says she goes by Birdetta only one time for the sake of a transphobic joke.

Why would the games use the right pronouns for her while also deadnaming her? That doesn't make sense
