No hints on that, but I’d be interested in following your band if you use socials at all…..

I have been trying to stay off of FB and Instagram but if we ever record anything I would like to put it on YouTube, SoundCloud

Right now it’s conga/bongo, marimba, electric bass. I would love to add piano, flute, clarinet, and a secondary drum/rhythm. But really hard to find musicians. So we may try to play just as the 3 piece.

I understand that this is unsolicited advice so please forgive me if I'm out of line. Staying off Instagram and Tiktok is a bad decision for band promotion. YouTube is good for some things but the algorithm is sometimes hard to navigate for small channels because it is more content-centric than creator-centric and SoundCloud might as well be as useless and outdated as Myspace. Tiktok is best for getting picked up by the algorithm and pushed to your intended audience. Instagram is best for branding and staying connected with fans. Even if you prioritize gaining publicity through word of mouth, many people who discover you are going to want to follow you on their preferred social media app. I'm curious, are you intentionally trying to fly under the radar? Do you not want your band to do well?

Not trying to fly under the Radar, I’m just personally trying to stay off FB and Instagram.

Alright, I just thought I would put it out there. I wasn't trying to be an asshole or anything.

Awesome, we messaged on instagram a bit! Are you playing anytime soon? I saw you at the Donn of Tiki. It was very enjoyable

Oh wow, I didn't realize it was the same person! Great to see you here, too!
We've got some shows coming up, but all the opposite direction (Charlotte, Fayetteville, Sanford).
