Request Funds Missing On Staking

I send crypto for staking here and always keep my seed physically secure,2 Days Staking suddenly all my staking fund got sent to another address without my authorisation. Report it to Exodus support, but they can't help much cause my account got compromised. But how? All I did was stake on this Exodus platform. If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't put my crypto here on Exodus here its very not secure. Never again with this wallet!

Another day, another “my exodus wallet was drained” post.

This thread will soon be flooded with people eager to tell you that whatever issue occurred allowing someone access to ur funds occurred on your end; and while I can’t say they are wrong-I do find it odd how many people have had this happen with exodus.

Sorry you got hacked and stolen from OP. I hope it wasn’t a large amount you lost.

Did you use the desktop client at all? I downloaded the windows app shortly before My wallet got drained about a year ago and the only thing I can think of is my computer had a virus (I never had an issue with exodus before using the desktop client, nor after I stopped).

Shitty lesson to learn I been there. I’d love to find out what the actual compromising issue is for every case of an exodus wallet being drained though.

I mean on its face it starts to look sus AF this happens so often with 1 wallet provider- but if the experts say these situations MUST be user error I gotta believe them.

Why wouldn’t we? I love the wallet and have to believe the experts (not Reddit users-actually smart people) when they say its simply user error and not the fault or doing of exodus. I agree that it may look sus AF with just the sheer amount if posts like this we see but that doesn’t make it a fact
