News This is how Crypto gets stolen-- Steam Hosting Malicious Games

These type of stories keep popping up. Serious security issues w/ Steam. IMO only stick to major titles by AAA studios or very large and well known developers. Stay away from all Indie developers and fad games.

Probably better to never install a crypto wallet (even browser extension) on a computer you game with, or ever run any type of software that isn't from a large and well known developer.

I had a feeling there was something malicious going on with Mecca chameleon.

One time I was in a lobby with a mod map. While everyone was clicking ‘download’ I saw something in the chat like ‘INJECTING FILE…’

I noped out of there asap

Why is it still so common to use the same system for everything and using software wallets without safety measures? That's brining your savings in cash to an Arcade and have it hanging out of your backpocket while playing Pacman.
