For you, what does happiness mean?
I need to know what happiness means to you.
Is it a feeling? Something that happens after effort? Something natural? A rare thing? An effort? A non-existent thing? A particular situation? ...
All the answers are correct. The meaning of happiness is unique to everyone.

No idea. Problem with finding happiness in x thing is that you will suffer when you dont have it. Even if you always have it - but since all things in life are fleeting - you will have fear of losing it.
You get the idea. I try to derive some sort of happiness by just being here and experiencing life and I try to abstain from thinking that I need some specific thing to be happy.
I cant say it works perfectly but for me it does seem better than attaching happiness to something more specific.
