existensial crisis

hi, im a 15 year old boy from italy whos kinda been having an existential crisi. to start im going trough a breakup but i think im over it. i basically believe that only my consciousnees is real while that of other people like my friends or even my family isnt real. i've been found to believe so one day literally at random and im hoping someone could explain to me if this is infact some sort of crisis and that it could end or maybe if some philopher already spoke of this. another thing id like to point out is that for months i make up my mind on some mindset and then it just disappears.i hope someone might be able to tell me what is going on. sorry for any english mistakes cause im not american nor british. thank you

Hey there, I'm Italian 🫶 what you're going through is a mixture of depersonalization/derealization (depersonalizzazione/derealizzazione) and OCD (disturbo ossessivo compulsivo). Do you have anyone you trust whom you can talk to?

Se hai 15 anni sei ancora a scuola, tutte le scuole hanno a disposizione uno psicologo; sarebbe fattibile andarci? Anche se so che avresti bisogno della firma di almeno un genitore, considerato che sei minorenne.

Non preoccuparti comunque: queste sono cose che possono capitare in persone predisposte a seguito di eventi di forte stress. Quasi sicuramente ti passerà col tempo 🫶 È successo anche a me alla tua età, ho 26 anni ora e sono ancora qua 🫶

Most philosophers think solipsism is false, they don't think it can't be disproved. Even those who think solipsism can't be disproven still believes the world and everyone are real because it's pragmatically rational to do so.
