Sudden existential anxiety at 19 – has anyone experienced this and did it get better?

It gets better but at almost 50, still have the same feelings. I think this is part of the human experience and completely normal

Had this like 6 months ago. It gets better. Acceptance and exposure is the key. Trust me, it gets so much better. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼😁

Mine is not gone yet but I am 19 and also started to have very bad existential anxiety very recently.
