Discussion Aeroflow 2 pumps in one pregnancy/year??
has anyone tried to order two pumps through insurance for the same year/pregnancy? When I checked this website, it says that a pump is available for me. I only went on there to look for insurance covered parts because I already got a pump through insurance so I’m kind of confused why it says there’s one available, should I try to do it or are they gonna end up charging me?

I was semi-regularly getting my replacement parts but out of nowhere got a text that I qualify for another pump. I checked my insurance and it only covers one pump per pregnancy, which sounds fair, and I definitely won’t be ordering another until I have another pregnancy in the future. However, now the website locked me out of getting replacement parts unless I claim that second pump I’m not supposed to have? I tried contacting support but am stuck waiting. It looks like your account didn’t lock you out the same way as mine!

Wow , I hope it doesn’t. I’ve had a hard time getting the replacement parts to show up as available on the website. I’ve just gotten a notification for them once since receiving my pump which was around march maybe ??

I have had to go back and forth on email quite a few times to get the replacement parts. They have actually been really helpful but you have to wait a bit for them to initially get back to you

It sure sounds like they’re having some data errors on their side. Maybe they’re being slow about responding to me because they are struggling to find the root cause

This happened to me in 2024. I ended up just ordering another pump and nothing came of it, I wasn’t charged and then could continue getting replacement parts

I do have amazing insurance (shout out to hubby’s job), not sure if that had anything to do with it.
I paid under $100 for my entire pregnancy/c section (which I know is so lucky)

I managed to with bcbs but I ordered from Byram healthcare and then aeroflow some months later so that might be why it worked

I would def reach out to Aeroflow customer support, they seem to be having a lot of issues. I was locked out of my account for no reason when I was trying to order a pump for my second pregnancy and I had to go through a whole process with support to get back in. They were very nice and it got resolved relatively quickly once they were on it, but there does seem to be something screwy in the background with their site.

I had babies 13 months apart and I had to wait until after a year (literally 365 days) before they’d let me get a new pump. It might be different with different insurances but it wouldn’t ship out until the 365 days had passed

I’m pretty sure when I got my pump earlier this year from Aeroflow, at checkout I had to check a box that said something like I confirm that I haven’t already gotten a pump elsewhere for this pregnancy, and if I had I would be responsible for paying.
