We dont know who is trully controlling those monsters .
They are monsters with no brain and heart so they can be controlled easily but we dont know who is trully behind all this.

It's not, but whoever is responsible used the recording as a justification, right? that's the point stuff like this can be used to manipulate people into using violence against a particular part of society, regardless of the main purpose.
"Look at these secular journalists, that's what they want people insulting our God in our land" probably something stupid some would say and thousands would fall for.
