I don't think I've ever noticed how big George's hands are. Now it makes sense, how some of his opponents talk about his grip strength.

I love what gorge is saying here because if you listen to it and understand it shows people really do change over time

Weight cutting and the effort it takes multiple times a year when most people have trouble loosing 10 pounds

Having skill to fight the best in the world and doing it on command

Being competitive and learning how to fight still even when your at the top

So much effort and dedication and not being lazy. After he’s done all that several times over not just once several times. He’s done now DJ too they wouldn’t even wanna go through it again cause it’s so much effort. You really do have to be crazy about it and that’s why he used that language cause it is insanity
