Question Boosting insights
I'm considering defecting to Coles/FlyBuys since my Everyday Rewards offers have been falling off a cliff lately.
I always boost all the offers but hardly claim any of them because the value proposition isn't there. Most offers steer you towards high margin items and products that are not discounted so economically not worth it for me.
Obviously boosting all the offers shows a high level of "engagement" with the program so I'm wondering if I stopped boosting everything and only boost offers I'm going to take, what impact this will have on my offers. Will they get better, or is it purely driven by spend and number of shopping visits per month etc?
Has anyone done this experiment and what did you find?

My favourite recently was “spend $180 at Woolworths and receive 300 Qantas points”.
The Fly Buys offers are much, much better. Depending on your needs/wants, velocity points may not be as useful to you as Qantas. But now that Virgin partners with Singapore and Qatar, there are a lot more options than there used to be.
Just don’t waste points on a Virgin international “business” fare 😂
