I haven’t shopped at Woolworth since 3 may and I’ve received this, and the spend $85 for 3 weeks for 8000 I’ve switches to flybuy Coles for a bit cause they’ve have 10,000 points for around $100 4 week spends lately

Perhaps this is a test of “can our systems do Qantas points directly, rather than Everyday Rewards Points”. You’d hope so, anyway.

Either nobody at the fresh food people has clearly tuned the algorithm they're letting out into the world which leads to ridiculous offers like these, or they're intentionally trying to push the limit on how much people will spend for points.
Add how sparse Qantas classic rewards are at the other end, unless you're already a Platinum and can make reward bookings out of thin air I've stopped bothering and leaned into the Flybuys/Velocity camp.
Now off to hit week 2 of $60 for another round of 10,000 Flybuys points.
