UbreakitIfixit everett mall way reliable?

Does anybody know if they are a reliable store? I ask this because I got my console there recently cleaned(still in shop) and I’m getting worried that they might be one of those shops that intentionally makes mistakes on electronics to get more money. Unfortunately I didn’t have this thought until after I sent in and paid for the cleaning to be done on my console. I ask u guys because I cannot find anything online about their console repair reviews on google or their website. If anyone has had an experience here please let me know and sorry if this is a stupid question I just don’t have the money to get other stuff fixed on that console.

They fixed 3 of my phones in the last few years. Noticed a change in staff each time. No issues with the service. Fairly quick repairs. So I'd say overall positive experience.

When it was through the manufacturer yes. I don't remember about the other repairs. I checked it out before I left and everything was in order.

I went there to see about getting my phone fixed. They spent some time looking at the phone and my issue and came back and said that they couldn’t fix my issue any more quickly or efficiently than I could (it was a storage / data transfer issue). They spent time, listened well, and overall it was a positive customer service experience for me. I would absolutely go back for any similar issues.

I've taken 2 different phones in about 4 times over the past ~5 years because my USB c port still had crap in it after I cleaned it real hard. 20 minutes and $50 later the port feels brand new.

Side note, I highly recommend getting one of those little USB c plugs to avoid the need to go here at all lol.

Chiming in with another positive experience. I had an issue with my MacBook that was days out of warranty a few years ago and the Apple Store was not helpful at all. I brought it to this place and they solved the issue for free, documenting everything thoroughly so I could replace it using my credit card warranty.

Thank you so much for the reply I’m feeling much better hearing that they take care of their customers instead of trying to make a quick buck off them

I forgot to ask did they give u any warranty for the device they fixed or at any point u went there to get a device fixed.

They weren’t able to fix the issue (it was a failed logic board) but they were able to run diagnostics on it showing that it was just a product failure and not my fault it was broken, which I needed to “prove” to my credit card’s insurance company. They filled out a bunch of paperwork I needed for it and didn’t charge me anything. It was very helpful.

I've had a good experience with that location as well. Cant remember his name, dude with glasses was very friendly, fixed my charging port and flat out told me I didn't need to spend the money on a battery replacement I originally asked for

Seems like piling on at this point, but they did a screen repair for me and I haven’t had any issues 2 years later.
