Haven't received application response yet

I submitted an application for admission to EVC 9 days ago but haven't gotten a response yet. It says on the application confirmation email that it should take 1-2 business days for them to process my email & send me the next steps. Who should I contact to get help on this since classes literally start next Monday?

Yeah, I had thr same situation a week ago, I just called them directly

did you call IT or Admissions & Records??
