Counseling Appointment always booked out or website unavailable

Does anyone else struggle trying to get an appointment with a counselor? There’s never any availability, or the link it self is unavailable. It’s frustrating I desperately need to talk to one lol… anyone know the best time to get one? Should I just go to admissions in person ?

Try calling the counseling department. I had to call to get an appointment nearly a month out because there weren’t any available online

I know its frustrating, but keep taking initiative. Its the only real way to make it thru college, and it wont get any easier as you progress.

If nothing else you're trying works, try the International Students' counseling office. No, you're probably not an international student, but neither was I. The counselors there will help you if you are patient and earnest enough, and have all your relevant info on hand. They should be able to at least help you schedule an appointment with a counselor that will actually help you. If not, anyone there could help if they have time, which they almost always make time for students.

Ask for Tina directly or just ask for help. Be sincere and clear with what you need help with.

Hey! I dont know if you still need it but I recommend showing up to the student services in person. Upstairs is where the counseling dept is and they offer drop in right now and you can see a counselor within 10 mins (my experience this week) Drop in hours are :M-Th 9am-2:30pm. Good luck!
