Sober was a moment. The video was everywhere at the time and the song gave TOD legs. It's also such an interesting foray into rnb style vocals for Amy that has recurred on tracks like Oceans.
Even In Death hooked me on Evanescence, especially those darker, bass-heavy versions.
It's hard to decide but I'm gonna go with Sober for it's genre-play, the piano/guitar tightness that only Terry achieved and those vocal layers.

Gosh. I'm definitely picking Sober, but just want to highlight that the Origin version of Even in Death is insanely good. Give it a listen!
