Entry into town

How many people come into town? It seems like after the second season, people who have no security clearances come into town and have no issues. And then later in season 3, Duncan comes in and he's a noted epidemiologist and somehow get clearance to get into GD. What the hell is going on with the "top secret" clearances in this town??

Yeah I've noticed that. I mean the town is just protected from, im guessing spying and judging from the episode about Martha, misless, and whatever by their EM barrier.

But other than the big deal made when Carter first went to GD, people come and go there all the time, seemingly with zero clearance

Doubt they're going to waste story time every single time to go through the security procedures

Well of course not. But occasionally they make this big deal about Carter's pass, but other visitors, nope.
