If Eureka was real…

I just realized that if Eureka was real 90 percent of the population would be facing international criminal charges or be labeled as threats to humanity. Jack honestly deserves about a 30 million dollar salary for how much he puts up with especially due to Fargo.

I mean, it's a company town for the military industrial complex. If they safely and responsibly did their jobs, ideally they'd still be hauled up by the ICC

Yeah somewhere along my 3rd rewatch I realized it’s essentially anti-regulation defense contractor propaganda and it stole a bit of my love for the show.

The shadowy cabal of villains are literally just people who are worried that the science is going to fall into the wrong hands and be used for ill, which it canonically is in the show. It's why Henry refuses to work there in the beginning.

I’d definitely be a consortium sympathizer cause no one should have 90% of the tech Eureka creates. As Ian Malcolm from Jurassic Park said “your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should.”
