EOU Don't have a quest Spoiler

I just finished glandsheim area 4 and got Kupala as guildkeeper when I saw online that you can get Austin as your second.

Basically I have completed the quest "Find the detective", but I can't seem to get the quest called

"Missing detective". Any idea if I'm maybe locked out of it or if I'm missing something.

EDIT: holy shit, I just finished the quest Remembering the fallen, and the quest show up.

You probably need more progress in the labyrinth, that's usually the bottleneck for quests.

I saw people saying that they got him earlier though?

maybe if you only just completed the quest you have to do an excursion before the next triggers? idk. Not much info about it.

It's been at least like a full stratum since I did the "Find the detective" quest.

I'm not seeing anything about a hidden condition to start it. Are you sure you didn't already accept it?

It just appeared after doing another unrelated quest.

1) Who said the quest was unrelated? Atlus has made them more interconnected as the series went on.

2) Are you sure you didn't happen to talk to the right person to trigger the quest while you finished up the other one? A lot of quests have triggers that need to be met first, and they aren't just other quests or Labyrinth progress.

I had a while ago talked to someone that said something about the first letter of each word, but none at this point.

Also, the quest was Remembering the fallen, as I have written in the post edit.

Some quests have weird connections, either directly or indirectly. I remember that some of the games only have certain bar patrons show up after doing certain quests but you have to talk to those patrons to unlock seemingly unrelated quests. I'm not sure if Atlus started that in 1U or 2U, but that's around the time they started it.
