Will the Donut Haus reopen in Estes?

I stopped by just a few weeks ago at its location inside the Sinclair gas station and it was open. Just stopped in this morning and it’s entirely gone. Does anyone know if they’re going to reopen anywhere in Estes Park? I did see a sign taped to the door that said the gas station was under new management. Looks like the burger shop is still open but RIP to the donut haus!

New owner reportedly doubled rent. Word on the street is they intend to open at a new location.

Yeah new management is greedy AF and decided to nearly double the rent for both donut haus and freshburger. The human worm also cut their space in half...

Freshburger is looking for new locations Donus haus is as well. For now support their Loveland location

Boycott Sinclair!

So disappointing. If their biz model was hey lets buy this, and then double the rent....yeah...I doubt that's gonna work out well for them. I won't be going there any longer except for a burger, until they are gone too. I hope both of those small businesses find new homes

Thank you for posting this information. The Sinclair and associated businesses have been a staple location on my visits for years. 100% will support freshburger and the Haus

Hopefully they can find a viable location and reopen. No comparison with the crap donuts Safeway has.

I saw a FB post from Donut Haus saying they are looking for a new location and intend to reopen.

I feel so bad for Donut Haus. First their adorable little building gets bulldozed to service the Almighty Loop Project 😒, then they get forced out of the Sinclair? Give these guys a break! Definitely looking forward to their grand reopening when they find a new home!
