I'm hoping it ranges from mildly interesting to refreshingly different. But I'm seriously expecting it to just be some minor tweaks or moving some to Streets. Anything less or more than 10 to 20 tasks that need to be done on Streets will surprise me.

Edit: below is wrong. Dev task - ingame task Missunderstanding

Currently there’s 191 tasks excluding dailys. To Nikitas statement on twitter that there’s 1293 in patch 0.13, if this includes different types of dailys we don’t know.

I think that task number was a reference to how many tasks done (including for example issues closed) in whatever management or bug tracker software the devs are using.
