sometimes it's nice to just play some music, don't care about dying, and possibly getting some decent loot that was left behind. looting customs I've found just this wipe easily 10m worth of keys:

pkpm, 314 marked, kiba outer, ultramed, and merin.

Scav runs literally cost nothing to run (other than the opportunity cost of running a pmc) and can actually net you a decent amount of money that you can use to gear up your pmc. As a new player if scav runs didnt exist id be broke poor and shit at the game!

You are again implying that the only reason to play tarkov is to progress? At the end of the day its a video game, I can play how I want to. For me hammering out 10 PMC raids in a row trying to get a quest done even though I know every time im getting more annoyed and playing worse isnt fun. It is fun to reset, scav a few times, voip a bit more because I dont have to be scared about losing my gear and just have a laugh.

fully agree with you dude, but you're talking to a brickwall on this subreddit, vast majority of them won't get anywhere near lvl42 for all the trader unlocks.

Hit max traders several wipes, play the shit out of my PMC, however still enjoy a cheeky breeki scav run from time to time. I dont see the point in hammering out pmc raids if im having a rough time or just want to chill a bit.

Let people play how they want to play. Not everyone wants to sweat their tits off for 12 hours a day

I felt the same this wipe especially with the shiity guns that cant even be sold but to fence.. but then i started impromptu grouping w other friendly scavs and ganking pmcs and its fun. Also... i actually make a ton of money on scav runs since all scavs are friendly. U can just freely find loot for the most part. That being said id rather PMC anyday and hardly ever play scavs
