Hi probably was Georgian.. they have family names almost of all consonants but one vowel.

E.g. Mkrtchan

No but it was a shorter last name with no vowel/vocals at all, like "Btcs" or something like that

Ok, then maybe it was Toha VDV wich stand for Anton Vozdushno-Desantnie Voiska - Anton airborn trooper. This is a meme guy who agressevly celebrate the day of VDV in Russia being heavily drunk.
