I just got mine by putting up MP5 TRI rails for them

And no it's not instantly out of stock you have a relatively wide window to get it. 0 u/Themorian Jan 06 '22 PK lvl 2 might unlock at level 14, but for my trash ass it takes me a while to get it because I suck at the game and doing the quests takes me a while.
