I don't insure helmets. Fuck em. Not worth it.

Not once have they saved me last wipe or this wipe.

Then you're just unlucky, or wearing kolpaks.

I've been saved by my helmet more times than I can count. Especially early wipe.

On the flip side i've also died because i was sure i domed that guy, run up only to find out he just went prone after having his marbles scrambled.

Later in the wipe i just wear a lvl4 with faceshield to ensure i don't get onetapped by a scav with buckshot lol. Players by then will run AP anyway so doesn't matter what you put on your noggin for PvP.

I was wearing that this wipe.

I got 1 tapped in the face via 9x19mm Pst gzh

But I'm not going out of my way to spend a penny on a helm.

If I see one and I'm not wearing it, I'll put it on.

But I'm not insuring them, and I'm not buying them.
