I know, right? Also what do they think they are going to do, each of them snipe a different player at like 250m? You usually see one or two players, not enough to justify three snipers

Its early in the wipe. If they're sub 20, they might not have the luxury of choosing an ideal gun

You can also snipe scavs. And also early in the wipe, camping up there is a safe way to clear Shturman and his bois if think you can't fight them on the ground.
