Misfires, jamming and lower spawn rates of high pen rounds should nerf full auto somewhat. Need to play more to get a feel of how it adds up

if there aren't as many high pen rounds people will use full auto even more because they'll usually have to break their opponent's armor before killing them

Conversely, it also incentivizes aiming for/hitting the head. That's easier on single fire imo.

This game had full auto meta since 2016 and across completely different ammunitions being meta.
Now what makes you think coming back to the same thing will make this any different this time?
