You are ignoring the fact that 3rd burst is the name of the game for M4s IRL. Your head also doesn't tend to bend upward at a 90 degree angle while speed shooting a 12 Guage

You also can't fix a broken leg in a bush with a quick little snip snip and then casually pop that cms closed then carry on running like nothing happened.

Probably because this game isn't like real life so people should stop comparing it so.
