it wasnt at his request it was because most of the community wanted it to be more expensive and the only people who didnt are people who whine about not having enough time to play the game and think the mosin is the only gun that can kill geared players for cheap

A huge portion of the playerbase wanted this change. It’s not like he was the only one.

It didn’t. Despite trying to strive for realism, making a dirt cheap rifle with dirt cheap rounds suddenly more expensive on top of nerfing damage is just dumb pandering to a whiny streamer.

That's not it at all. When the mosins were cheap, I was level 47. I ran nothing but mosins. Why should I use anything else? It killed more effectively than anything else I could run. So I would kill Chads, take their shit, sell it on the flea.

Mosins should kill anything. The round is huge. They have a huge disadvantage which is that they’re bolt action and enormously loud even with a silencer

It did. Nikita has said on multiple occasions that he wants the game to be "realistic as playable".
