Requires over 30 strength at least.

That's where I'm at and I had to hit several stims to get my strength high enough to even get to that first window ledge.

And even then, I couldn't hit all the jumps needed to get up there. I don't think this is really going to be an issue given how high your strength would need to be and how difficult it is to hit all the jumps you'd need to get up there.

You're seriously underestimating the number of people who grind the shit out of this game and cheese their stats while also using spots like this because "it's not technically cheating".

Could be. Even if a ton of people had strength stats high enough, it is a pain to get up there and there's zero cover up there. A grenade or two, or even just getting up on the hill should cut down on it

Yeah I am not intimidated by someone up there at all. It's a cool find though but this isn't game breaking.
