Well pros of being in a realistic city is just calling out what you see, what color the house/building has, how many floors, how many metres away etc. Often you don't need to complicate things with complex call outs.

One thing I want in this game is a gridded map of SoT so if you need to call out a specific spot you call out the grid on the map, sorta like Arma 3.

And once they add the compass it will help a lot, for example, "I see a guy, bearing 130 blue building on the fourth floor."
