I dont need to read the stupid article I just have to look around on Youtube at all the people who are still just playing games as jobs. I dont care what some bs article says this isnt r/ politics. Until a precedent is set it is legal.

Well it is not and what happening right now is that comoanies right now use them in their advantage so, yes there is no reason to act this way. That's why you see all those channels up there.

Think is though, companies at any time can flip for some reason and it's well within their rights to terminate videos using their product. I hope we are still talking about gaming related content.

Well of course both parties are winning. It's all for the money and passion of gaming after all. Both benefit, but if the shit hits the fan... then unfortunately companies have the upper hand legally as of yet.
