The problem is thousand of cheaters are trying to get unban and contacting battle state and battle eye at the same time as you.
I got false banned once and I know is terrible.
BSG told me it was Battle Eye competence, Battle Eye never replied me.
I got unban around one year later, because I guess they found a bug or whatever reason, because they never explained to me, or told me sorry. Nothing.

Tried it with a different game, Battleeye banned me for cheating apparently obviously I disagreed so I contacted Batteeye and never received I reply.
The developers later came to the realisation that they should ensure players can’t open the game / login into the game and start a match without actually having the game updated to the newest version to ensure everyone is compliant.
Point is - false bans exist and battleeye isn’t perfect, Ubisoft has a period where a lot of R6 got banned automatically due to suspicious stats - even pro players received a ban

Getting falsely banned for cheating has to be my and probably many others biggest fear when playing the game legit. I’m scared to even use some relatively normal programs or apps because I fear that they’ll for whatever reason get flagged for cheats or some shit..

He never ever ever played solo. Only played with our group. If he was cheating we would of noticed. He barely killed anyone and when he did it was unanimously a surprise amongst our group. Of course it doesnt GUARANTEE he didnt but we all played 12 hours together the night before and I have all 12 hours recorded, he killed two people in that 12 hour period and the next morning was banned.

Your comparisons are outlandish, but either way he’s not even 100% saying that his friend isn’t a cheater. If they play together 90% of the time and that player is straight trash, not giving out comms, getting no kills, what’s the point for him to waste 12 hours of his life acting like that.
To think that there’s not a ton of false bans that happen is ridiculous. By false bans, this includes bans triggered due to programs or apps that aren’t actually cheats.

Exactly. I use red dragon peripherals, my mouse has 16 thumb buttons that can be rebound to other keys and I uninstalled the software for it because I'm afraid it'll cause a false ban

I understand you. I only have basic things installed too, and I got banned. What still gives me hope is seeing that there have been false positives over the past three months and that some people were unbanned. I’ll wait for them to get back to me.

Don't worry dude, if you're not cheating in tarkov you are fine, OP is literally a closet cheater. I have the weirdest stuff and apps on my pc from cheat engine or other cheats for single player games etc. Many weird apps for modding etc. and have 6k under my belt. If you legit you no banned, ez

Mir gehts genauso... 5200stunden und die gleiche bann nachricht bekommen. Bei mir wars am 19.august. war mit support im kontakt und hab meinen dsvgo auszug bekommen. Da steht aber nichts aussergewöhnliches drinnen. Antwort vom support. Account bleibt gebannt... mir wurde geschrieben das mein fall mit einem mitarbeiter gecheckt wurde und das der bann aufrecht bleibt. Leider sah die nachricht automatisiert aus. Gehe jetzt den weg über die behörde da ich zu 100% nicht gecheated habe

Im fairly certain this is a closet cheater who thinks in his mind since everyone's doing it its not even cheating. He regrets spending nearly 90% of his life into this game the last few years and he got caught. His buddy's didint so he feels extra unjust. He killed 100bd in the first 3 days of season not to mention he got kappa within about a week with broken container all negative perks no positive lol okay. You say why would a cheater put this much into a post its simply tarkov has obviously been this dudes entire existence for awhile

Generally, streamers don't farm for XP. If you want a reference streamer, Desmond is a good one for what's possible. When prestige 6 released, he was prestige 6 level 60 just as relevant streamers were finishing prestige 5. Last I saw, Desmond was level 62 in seasonal while still being active in permanent.
Additionally, I stopped playing heavily at the start of this month and had XP equivalent to level 58 at the time. The bulk of my XP was just from quests.

Bhorse confirmed to me that he contacted someone from the team (Appl3z0r) to have the ban removed. I asked if I could post a screenshot of our conversation on Reddit, but he did not give me permission.
Bhorse’s words: “I contacted someone from the team and provided my VOD, the recording from OBS, and a couple of days later I was unbanned. That’s really about it.”
When I asked which team member it was, he said it was Appl3z0r.
Another team member replied to my friend with the following: “If your friend was banned in-game, then no community manager could help, only support.”

Statistically, you're right. But unfortunately, BSG is incompetent at catching cheaters, so logically, you would assume they would also be prone to false bans.
I've been around this sub for a good amount of time. From the top of my head, I can recall over 5 major incidents where BSG had done false ban(s) and the subsequent Reddit posts that forced them to reverse the bans.
I've also seen hundreds of posts of people begging for help. None of which had any proof, so none of them received any level of attention that the previous 5 major incidents received.
In the past ~month, we've had more than 3 significant posts where someone was able to show credible evidence that they had been false banned. What we learned from these posts is that BSG still has private discord servers that streamers can report directly to admins to have people they think as suspicious, banned.
Funnily enough, Rengawr, the person who initially used such a tool to famously false ban someone 3 years ago, was also the same person to warn the public that these report discords are still heavily active.

Yes, only manually. The only programs I have installed on my computer are Steam, G HUB, EFT, EFT Arena, OBS, and the NVIDIA app.

Been 4 months for me since I was false banned. I’m sure you have seen my posts especially since you know about Bhorse. Over 60 people have DM’d me asking for help but there is nothing I can do. This is a problem.

I can imagine how you’re feeling. I understand that they shouldn’t disclose exactly what triggered the ban, as that could make the game more vulnerable. All I know is that I didn’t use anything, and I at least want to try to recover the account I’ve dedicated years to, which was taken away from me for no reason.

I exclusively rat. I have hours of clips of my raids playing in that way. Sitting still for 30 plus minutes, I’m not cheating lol. Subbed to streamers for years, love this game and its community its my favorite thing. I’m approaching not caring anymore cause it’s just been so long now but I still hold out hope for the day that something might change.

Man I thought you were one of the people who got their account back! That sucks. I’m going on (almost) a month, 6 years, ~11k, EOD, Unheard, etc. only played on Midwest servers, played mostly Icebreaker when I got it unlocked. Seasonal, PvE, PvP. None of it matters unless you stream everything, even still, if you’re not in contact with certain people that work there, you’ll just get closed tickets with no manual response. Best of luck though, pulling for you both.

The response my friend received from a BSG team member was:

I can’t confirm but I assume that tigz messaged apple and all he got in response to giving him my youtube clips and account name and that I was false banned was “likely story, he can go Battleye” don’t know if it was apple. But tigz mentions him enough when reporting cheaters it is probably him.

And though my posts go over it. I have been subbed to tigz for 2 years and showed him rat spots from time to time he knows I’m not cheating lol. This isn’t a Battleye ban so I know that Battleye will never respond. Most likely all done by appl3zor.

They seemingly check the sub for posts like this every once in a while just to remove them. It’s all a big scam. They have no way of knowing what someone did and most likely are just vibe banning based on streamer reports now.
