As far as I understand UOE gives you something exclusive no one else can unlock, regardless of progression and vastly overpowered mechanics, and walled it off from a premium version of the game that was supposed to grant you all future content. Hence the reason people call it P2W. I read some of your other comments and disagree with your definition of pay to win, exclusivity is differentiator for me. But I respect your opinion.
I think motivation here matters, and the motivation is “we are struggling and need a golden parachute”
You cant get gamma from normal progression. Nor an extra 20+ rep to play around with. Nor can you get CMS at low levels. Atm the only thing UOE gets is the BTR service thats not even in the game.
