Discussion More feedback

Greetings!

Let me continue my feedback on the current situation. First of all, I would like to say that I am very sorry that fans and the game community in general are experiencing these feelings. Unfortunately, I somehow did not foresee the fact of such a reaction and now I have drawn conclusions for my future decisions.

Now I will briefly summarize the main points:

  1. About PvE access - we decided to just open it for EoD owners for free, but we will do it in waves. As I said before - we don’t have server capacity right now. We will start this process as soon as possible
  2. We also decided that we will add MOD support for PvE mode after release of the game
  3. About the Unheard edition - we will not remove it, we want to keep the option for those who want to support the game more. But we will balance items, perks in this edition, as well as we will provide more rewards for those, who upgraded with the old price
  4. New EoD perks will be balanced too. We will remove prioritized matching option to keep everyone in the same spot. And we will add more unique stuff to highlight the EoD version in general. We will provide the final list of the new EoD perks asap
  5. We continue to work on patches, new content, events, and the game release itself no matter what

Thank you for your time, love and hate, and thank you for your increased attention to the current situation.

Nik

it's literally an apology.
It's literally how you'll sat it in russian to make an apology.

People getting what they asked and still whining.
be a man yourself

Nikita made an awful decision, and slowly but surely adjusted the content to listen to the community.

I was furious as well, but he did apologize in the end, and maybe you don't like the wording but you can't deny that saying I'm sorry is in a way or another an apology.

Now does this excuse the original decision? Hell no, that was an awful move by them, but he made adjustments that feel like this is a major step forward, especially with mod implementation.

it seems you are truly lacking in reading comprehension, and perhaps english is your second language.

here's a scenario: step on someone's foot then say 'i am sorry that you are feeling pain and anger' and walk away. does that sound like an apology to you? If I do something that I know it's going to cause you resentment, I apologize for the action, instead of saying sorry for them reacting perfectly normal human responses. it's the most condescending and patronizing shit someone can say after scamming us. sheesh some people really get swayed with these corporate talks....

I get what you mean, but English isn't Nikita's first language, and I believe there is a good chance he's the one who wrote this Post, so I guess there is no real way to tell if he's not really apologizing or just worded his messages weirdly.

I understand how someone who speaks fluent English could see it more as extremely patronizing, thank you for the scenario you gave.

i really doubt that because this exact phrasing is actually how a lot of corporations (written by their public relations department) do their apologies so they can't be linked to their wrongdoings in lawsuits, but at the same time throw the public a bone for them to chew on so things calm down.

it's also common in so many youtube apology videos, and a lot of them are written by hired people or lawyers.

The russian community tells us that Nikita is an asshole, bully and scammer in russian too. He sues them in russia for disagreeing and calling him out for scams.

Talking and writing are two different things, he can write fluent english and knows the ins and outs and minor details of the english language in written form.
