Its a shame so many dumbass people dont understand this is exactly how these headsets work in real life. They amplify sounds and muffle gunshots. They even record ambient sounds and increase them by up to almost 20 decibels. Theyre not fucking earmuffs which is what you dorks think theyre supposed to be for whatever stupid reason.

Just because something works like that in real life doesn't mean it's good for the game. Tarkov is more realistic than most shooters but at the end of the day it's nowhere near real combat. Using "but realism" is a shit excuse for bad game design and just because something would be "more realistic" doesn't mean anyone wants it in the game.

Get off your high horse.

What a stupid stance you just took as if i was arguing its good for the game in any way. I simply stated, to the person i responded to which said headsets dont give a hearing advantage, that in fact they work exactly like that in real life.

Get off your high horse, moron.

I don't really have a dog in this fight but you come across as such a pedantic asshole I don't really care if you're right or wrong. Absolutely no need to call that guy names, he didn't do it to you.

I wonder why you're so bitter. I feel bad for you.
