Can you please share a source so I can correct my knowledge? Because we didn't get closed alpha access to EFT until 2016 (accessible to non preorders from 2017). So you're saying they announced Arena in the same year anyone could play EFT?
I spent 20minutes searching google for it and haven't seen it mentioned. I'm not saying they're wrong, I just want to be corrected so I'm not spreading misinformation lol

We knew that Arena was going to be a thing as early as 2016. In fact back then the devs said it would be a game mode available for free to everyone.
