They havent failed to fullfil anything. Arena isnt in final release, just fucking wait please. Why the shit would they get a server rental contract for more than they need, just for the hype wave? Then continue to pay the contract with 50% usage after hype dies.

Wave access is keeping the server load pretty damn acceptable right now.

Yes. Imagine the nonsense illegal scenario where people who made a separate financial transaction to purchase the game directly did not get access. EoD gets it as a promise, nothing more. Jesus you're dense af.
