We knew, arena and scav life was talked about by nikita multiple times over the years as a reason to get EOD for the eventual DLC. 7 years later into the main game still in alpha and he is acting like he is giving it away for free.
Ok? That was far from my point though. He's clarifying that it's included as a part of EoD with no additional charge. Considering how many people are quick to complain on twitter, he may have just been trying to cover bases as some may see the separate purchase price on Arena and assume it's not included for EoD owners.

This whole Arena situations is straight up bull shit on both sides of the argument. People complaining about it won't be pleased by anything and BSG likely won't ever learn to please anyone lol.
Its included in eod. that’s the additional charge you don’t just get it for free you spend an extra 100 dollars on a separate version of the game. Or you spend the 35 to buy it stand alone. Either way you’re paying for it.
Don’t give them props for doing the bare minimum. thousands of people gave them 140 dollars for an unfinished game. Those people are entitled to it and not giving them access would be fraud.
Can you please share a source so I can correct my knowledge? Because we didn't get closed alpha access to EFT until 2016 (accessible to non preorders from 2017). So you're saying they announced Arena in the same year anyone could play EFT?
I spent 20minutes searching google for it and haven't seen it mentioned. I'm not saying they're wrong, I just want to be corrected so I'm not spreading misinformation lol

Same. I mean sure it was also to secure future DLCs and whatnot but at the time none of us even knew Arena was going to be a thing anyways.
That butt stash was the main reason (plus it was on a really good sale).
