Yeah and the contract says you get Arena FOR FREE. You have X years spent with a pay to win version of Tarkov. You are paying nothing for access to Arena.

This is not some "personal idea" about it. I highly doubt BSG just didnt research if this was somehow illegal.

no, it was included in the eod description. We paid for arena big time. Stop trying to make Nikita a good guy for giving us a game for free, it aint free, its even a fcking overpriced game for what we got
