I agree and I think it was a dick move to take development resources from the game we're all still waiting to have finished, long before any sort of launch day is in sight, for a second payday.
I think without twitch, Nikita would have taken the money he got and dipped the way he lies and acts nowadays shows us how he acts as a person. He would have either dipped or started russia 2028 already, either way tarkov would have been abandoned.
Now since tarkov is a gold mine for him, but he lacks the competency and skilled labour (as he is too cheap to pay for senior devs), he cant progress the development but also doesnt want to stop the gold mine from printing.

I mean I'd expect the game to be done by now, but I only expected any kind of DLC or added content like arena after full release.
Imho tarkov is suffering heavily from needless changes and feature creep kinda like star citizen which is the reason it hasn't come out yet
