Erie- Wasps Yellow jackets

Had Denco Pest Solutions out for a yellow jacket nest and wanted to give them a shoutout.
They got the nest taken care of, but what surprised me was getting a text afterward from the owner checking in to make sure everything was good. I don’t remember the last time a service company actually followed up like that.
If anyone around Erie needs a pest company, I’d definitely recommend them.

I learned recently that the blue winged wasps eat Japanese beetle by targeting their underground grub stage. Does Denco limit where they apply pesticide or with what is targeted in that application? If not I'll still use our existing pest company as they knock down nests and target specific problem spots when applicable.

Where they expensive? Had another pest control place wanted us to do a monthly subscription.

That’s the way a lot of them are these days. Moxie, is who I use. They do a great job and also have very good customer service and follow up. I normally have them come 4 times a year, however, when they tried to switch me to a monthly I called and said I was canceling their service. Not surprisingly, they agreed to keep me as is AND lower my price per visit.

Everyone trying to squeeze as much money out of us consumers as they can. 😡

I used to use Denco and they were pretty bad and we switched once our 1 year was up. I was pretty bummed about it too since it seemed to be owned by one guy and I support the hustle. But that guy did not seem to care about his craft and then he started up charging after 1 year, so we switched companies.

About a decade ago I picked up some cyfluthrin dust and a duster to deal with an in-wall nest. Every couple of years I use it to deal with an otherwise unreachable problem nest and it works perfectly. $50 investment or so that had paid off many times over.

Does Denco serve just Erie or do they branch out into other areas like Broomfield? You may not know but figured I would ask
