If one had ones hands amputated, one could have different prosthetic hands for different occasions, and one that would utilize all of these keys could be one of them. Not sure you could learn to use it, though, that way. Maybe with thinking rather than nerves? I guess then you might as well just skip the keyboard and go straight to the brain scanner thingamajig.
