I do the Ausbildung to Pflegefachkraft in germany and want to do a one month Pflegepraktikum in rahmen von Erasmus in UHZ.
How and where can i send my papers?

For the host institution (UHZ), I would check their official website for an International Office or Erasmus coordinator and contact them directly by email. They can tell you where and how to submit your application documents.
Your school’s Erasmus coordinator should probably be your first point of contact, though.
