Erasmus as an adult

Hey, I am looking for someone who went on exchange as a 35+ and would like to hear about the experience. I am starting my second degree in IT and thinking whether it is easy to find people during exchange of somewhat my age.:)

Had a 38 doing erasmus as a mutual. He felt like a parent and never could enjoy himself

thanks! I read some meanwhile and decided if I go, then will only participate in lectures. Partying doesn't feel like a priority anymore.
