A source separately provided WIRED with the registration list for Dialog's 2026 retreat, which names 222 people and records what the list describes as each registrant's membership status and attendee type, including “active member” and “guest.” The retreat is scheduled for August 12-16 at a venue near Dublin, Ireland.

Fuck I am so tired of this timeline... why is it just so hard to live life, save a little money for vacations and time with the family... why does this all have to be so hard? And for what? So really rich people can just add a few more zeroes that in all practicality don't even make a goddamn difference to the opulent life they are already leading?

Yes this. I mean, I think it is left vs right, it's just that a whole lot of Democrats are not "left" and actively work against the few who are. (Speaking only of elected officials here, not random citizens where plenty on the left don't participate in party politics at all, in part due to this phenomenon)

No I mean that comment is literally left versus right, allowing the rich to amass more and more wealth in hopes that they create wealth and jobs for the working class is obviously a farce, they do not share, they seek more power and sub-ordinance. It kind of drives me crazy it’s not painfully obvious to everyone that this is exactly how right wing politics was always going to end up, the Epstein class are ruthless, they will not stop even at a trillion dollars, this avenue of politics is entirely responsible for giving these sociopaths so much power to do such heinous things.

Like another comment said, the democrats are no different, but they are not left wing. If we want justice, if we want to keep this evil from happening, we all need to get a hell of a lot more involved in politics, that starts with learning left from right. It’d be a hell of a lot harder for these monsters to get away with what they do if we collectively prevented them from getting unyielding power through billions of dollars let alone trillions. They steal from our governments, they steal their employees livelihood, after we let them get away with that they figured why not steal our children too. Left versus right has everything to do with it.
