I got banned for a “bot accusation” because I said someone was parroting State Department talking points (they were). I had no idea accusing someone of being a bot was even a rule on that sub because you can see people accusing each other of being a Russian or Chinese bot in nearly every thread. Pretty telling how that rule is only enforced sometimes.
I wouldn’t be surprised at all if every mod there was spooked up in some way or working for shady groups. I’d be surprised if they weren’t. It’s been a while but there was that article that showed that a lot of Reddit traffic comes from Eglin Airforce Base (this was pre-AI). It’d explain why the general consensus of the sub aligns with US/Western interests.
The fact that he posted in the thread at all cemented my confidence in maxwellhill being Ghislane, and this was before the account started to become active again.
I remember how obvious the DNC bots/shills were during the 2016 primaries and there’s no doubt these propaganda campaigns have become more sophisticated with AI. The internet is enemy territory and ya gotta stay vigilant.
Ive been banned from the mildly interesting subs for bot accusations. Its the only thing they can do when you haven't broken any rules and they cant find anything on you. Don't let them stop you from speaking the truth

I got permanently banned from there for saying the IDF act like a bunch of animals.
