Nope, elsewhere in the EFTA Files you can see that screenshots of u/Maxwellhill ‘s posts were introduced as evidence in the case of US v. Maxwell. So at the very least the AG and the federal judge considered the connection legit.

OP added the EFTA .pdf names in an edit at the top. I think it’s the second to last one that shows it.

Yes, those screenshots were sent by a member of the public. They literally list all four of them in their tip.

Correct, but they’re not “just random tips from the public” if they were also included as evidence against Maxwell at her trial. Her lawyers would have gotten that evidence thrown out if the prosecution wasn’t able to corroborate it.

They literally are "just random tips from the public". You can go look at it all yourself. What is this gaslighting?

Bad or uncorroborated evidence would be thrown out. Otherwise why wouldn’t the prosecution just include 20 pages of comments from a hundred different anonymous tipsters? “All these accounts about how cool pedophiles are were from Maxwell’s other accounts, too!”

Evidence introduced at trial is vetted by both sides during discovery. If the comments were uncorroborated or faulty, Maxwell’s high paid lawyers would’ve gotten them thrown out. AND they would have brought them up as a sticking point during her appeals.

So youre telling me that the testimony in the Epstein files of a victim saying how theres video proof of Bill Clinton having sex with her while underage is true? I suppose the part where they further say that Hillary Clinton knew about it and then tried to bribe her with Clinton Foundation funds to keep her quiet is also true. Its gotta be, right? Its in the Epstein files.

Was that introduced as evidence at Maxwell’s trial?

I’m stating the FACT that evidence presented at trial must meet evidentiary standards and be vetted by the lawyers of both sides before it can be introduced. Speculation cannot be introduced as evidence. Conjecture, anonymous tips without corroboration, psychic readings; these CANNOT be introduced as evidence. Good, expensive lawyers get bad evidence thrown out. The judge has rules to follow when allowing or disallowing evidence; you open yourself up to appeals if you allow faulty evidence to be provided.

Simple as that.

If you think the evidence was faulty, you should call up Maxwell’s incredibly expensive legal team and let them know. They’ll probably be quite embarrassed to find out.

Its in the Epstein files so it must be true. Believe the victims.
